At Darling, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a fair return policy that benefits both our customers and our brand. 


Returns 


We are confident that you will love your Darling purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! We accept returns of unworn and unused item(s) in their original condition within 21 days of when your order was delivered. 

For qualifying returns, you may choose the option to exchange, receive a full refund to your original payment method or store credit once your return has been processed by our warehouse. Please return your items in the original packaging with original tags. This helps ensure that the products are protected during transit. If the original packaging is not available, please use a similar protective packaging. 

Once we receive and accept your return we will then process your refund, minus the cost of the return prepaid shipping label ($8.99).

Please note that any items returned without tags or with signs of wear will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please use your SHIPMENT NUMBER, which can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email that was sent to you once your order was shipped, to look up your order in the returns portal. Please be sure to include your original packing receipt or RMA sheet in your return package as to not delay the receipt of your return.




Damaged Items


In the event of a defect in the product, we will happily provide a prepaid return label and replace the item if a return is initiated within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. A defect refers to a flaw or problem with the product that affects its quality or functionality, such as torn or frayed fabric, broken zippers or buttons, incorrect sizing, poor stitching or finishing, discoloration, fabric shrinkage, or stretching. Exchanges


If you would like to exchange your unworn and unused item(s) for an item of equal or lesser value, please contact us at support@darlingsociety.com within 21 days of the delivery date for assistance. If you exchange your item(s) for something of lesser value, we can refund the difference to your original payment method or issue store credit. Please note that if we do not hear from you in regard to what you would like to exchange for, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

How Long Will it Take For My Return to be Processed?


Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. If you are returning for a refund to your original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to return the funds to your account.

Orders Not Eligible For Return


All final sale items are not eligible for return. Normal wear and tear, such as fading or shrinkage of the fabric over time, is not considered a defect and is not covered under our return policy. Additionally, items damaged due to misuse or other factors not due to a defect in workmanship are not covered under our return policy.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit 


If your Darling item is damaged or an item is missing upon the immediate arrival of your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@darlingsociety.com. We will replace the missing item at no additional cost or provide a full refund to your original payment method only if the item is no longer available.

Cancellations


If you change your mind about your order or need to fix a mistake on your address, please contact us at support@darlingsociety.com within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of every order, as we cannot control how quickly our warehouse may ship your package. If you reached out to us within 24 hours of when your order was placed and we were not able to cancel or update your address, we will be happy to assist you with finding a resolution. 

Please note that we cannot switch out any style or sizes on your order once it has been placed.
